Founder’s message

Arch Foundation endeavors to be a part of a developed India that is not just economically strong, but a country as it presents to the world, a nation of valiant people of admirable character. A nation where there is no discrimination of any kind – gender, caste, creed, language, a nation where its citizens enjoy freedom of expression, of practicing their religion and culture, a nation which shuns violence of any kind, which is serious about preserving environment for not only its own interest but interest of the entire world. Let us cultivate and nurture these ideas and foster the idea of self dependence and thus fuel the notion of absolute development. For a tree to grow, it is pertinent to water the roots. At Arch Foundation, instead to merely extending financial aid, we intend to help people to be self supporting, self dependent. We foster crossing gender, religious and social inequality barriers. All are equal and deserve to be treated at par; be it outside the organization or within the system. We at Arch believe in teaching by example. Thus, when it comes to the objective of equality creation, promoting a safe environment and enabling a work setting that provides earning opportunities, we work at an ardent pace to present a functional system, driven by these core values, which assures possibility. As a catalyst to bring changes in the lives of millions of children, youth and women, especially migrant Labours who are not privileged, by addressing the real need at the grassroots level and create a new benchmarks..

Project Arogya

MIGRATION IS ONE OF OUR PRIORITY ISSUES:

“Migrant labour community” – Migration Impact of Millions for Sustainable Development of Nation & their Impact on Worldwide!!

Migration for employment and its linkages with development has now emerged as a global issue which affects most nations in the world. It is high on the international, regional and national policy agendas. Through their labour, migrant workers contribute to growth and development in their countries of employment. Migration, especially migration of construction workers (often includes their families as well) is one of our priorities issues as that includes their rights violation and exploitation perpetrated by their unscrupulous employers.

The ILO Decent Work Agenda promotes access for all to freely chosen employment, the recognition of fundamental rights at work, an income to enable people to meet their basic economic, social and family needs and responsibilities and an adequate level of social protection for the workers and family members.
